This certificate was presented to St Lawrence Primary School by  the TIAAS Programme for recognising our work so far towards trauma informed practices and awareness

To mark National Tree Week, we gathered around our school iconic Oak tree for a thought-provoking time of reflection led by the Eco committee. The children researched and shared some interesting facts about Oak trees and Sophie wrote her very own poem and produced a beautiful piece of art work to celebrate our incredible tree. Well done everyone.

Mrs Hemmings has been undertaking some training with NCCE – the National Centre for Computing Education and is working towards the Teach Primary Computing certificate, awarded by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. As part of this, St Lawrence C of E Primary has been awarded the Certificate of Commitment to Reviewing and Improving our Computing Curriculum.
