Wear it Green Day

This week we have been celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week, culminating in Wear it Green Day on Friday 17th May.

The children and staff have found their best green clothes, from hair ribbons to socks, and had lots of fun in green today.

The irony of this week falling in Year 6 SATs week, and an Ofsted inspection at Tibberton this week as well, has not been lost on us however we have really enjoyed taking a moment for mindful colouring, dancing, drama and sport to make sure we are doing something for our mental health.

Mental health and wellbeing is always on our agenda, and we are pleased to see this recognised with national days across the year. However, mental health is always important, so if you feel yours needs some support at any point, make sure you reach out and get some support.
