The pages in this section give more detail on funding that we receive and how we use it.
We are also required to declare if any school employees have a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more in increments of £10,000. We can confirm that no employees of the school currently earn over this amount.
Pupil Premium Funding Grant is an additional sum of money which is allocated to schools for children of statutory school age attending the school who are from low-income families who are either currently eligible for free school meals (FSM) or have been in the previous six years. There are also additional funds allocated to schools for a pupil who has been ‘looked after’ continuously for more than six months, or for a pupil whose parents are currently serving in the armed forces.
Schools are free to spend the Pupil Premium in any manner which they believe will close the national attainment gap between Pupil Premium pupils and non-Pupil Premium pupils and increase pupil’s Cultural Capital.
